The Munich-based strategy consultancy and experience agency Elevate Partners is launching emeryAI, an AI-native platform that solves the oldest problem in B2B: marketing and sales don't speak the same language—and lose the customer before the first conversation even begins.

The customer journey has fundamentally changed. Purchase decisions are no longer made during sales conversations – they are made before. It complements the existing website as a conversational decision layer: it recognizes purchase intent, guides through complex portfolios, qualifies leads, and hands over structured intent profiles directly to marketing and sales.

The platform supports four core use cases: generating leads, mediating offers, relieving support, and attracting talent. Implementation takes place within weeks—directly integrated into the existing website, without migrating existing CRM or helpdesk systems. The foundation is a structured data audit for AI readiness, on the basis of which the decision logic is developed together with the company. emeryAI is built as a dedicated system based on the company's brand logic—with clear control over content, behavior, and data storage.
