Companies have lost their customers to systems they built themselves. Digitalization has replaced personal connections with processes. Now AI search engines have taken over the customer relationship. Companies are losing their differentiation — because they no longer control how customers experience them.emeryAI serves as the interface between companies and their customers. Anonymous interactions turn into real conversations—and those conversations lead to lasting understanding.Because in the future, winning won't belong to those who build products — but to those who understand

Technology
Strategy. Design. Technology.
One team.
For nearly two decades, we’ve been working with B2B companies at the intersection of strategy, marketing, product, and sales—medium-sized businesses, innovation leaders, complex systems. We know where communication breaks down. And why companies lose their edge.
The companies that reinvented themselves have one thing in common: they focused on what truly sets them apart.
emeryAI is the consequence of that.
In 2007, Patrick Wachner wrote his diploma thesis, which he titled "emery". The central question: How can an organization make all of its knowledge accessible and usable, instead of burying it in departments?
The vision was clear. The technology was not at the time.
In 2025, one evening he sits at his laptop, testing an AI tutorial. Within a few hours, he built his own agent—trained with the knowledge from 20 years of consulting. Hosted locally. Without a team. Without a budget.
What was impossible in 2007 is reality today — and is available to everyone for the first time.
The idea behind emeryAI is 19 years old.
The technology is today's.
